Brew 'N Go maker March 15, 2006 Harry D. Hodgson 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
We got one of these as a gift and liked it so much that when the element burned out, we wanted another one exactly like it. It makes a great cup of coffee in a very short time. I only drink about 3 large cups a day, so I did not want a multiple cup model. My wife likes it because she can make coffee as strong as she wants it. Very good product.

Works great for me. Easy to use, no disposable filters to muss with. You need a sink nearby to wash out the permanent filter (unlike the pod coffeemakers), so that may be limiting for some. But if you have that I don't see any negatives with this coffeemaker. You can make the coffee to what ever strength you desire. I usually use my own mug rather than the provided travel mug, but that's handy too when on the go.
great little coffeemaker! April 27, 2007 R. A. Lin (CA, USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
When it arrived, I immediately put it to the test. I filled it with purified water and put my WORST tasting coffee into the permanent filter to see how it would come out. It heats up pretty fast and very hot, unlike my old coffee which you either have to fill with partially hot water or have cold water run through it twice just to make a decent coffee. It makes some noise when brewing, but at least you'll know when it's done! The coffee actually came out surprisingly well, and I must say it tasted better then that coffee i bought from Starbucks a couple days ago. And those were my worst coffee grounds, too... Another pleasant surprise was it's ease of cleaning. I thought the permanent filter would get clogged very easily, but it washed out just fine. Overall, a very good little coffeemaker that makes a quick and wonderfully robust cup of coffee. 5 stars!

Brew & Go In The Garbage December 26, 2003 Helene Neiman (FOREST HILLS, NY United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a sleek and attractive unit which I bought for my desk in my office...perfect for one 15 oz cup of coffee. It looks wonderful, but the on & off switch never worked from day 1... I have had to use the plug, in & out, in & out constantly. And now it doesn't work at all. I agree with a previous reviewer, who said that it is not for right-handed people. The water reservoir is on the left. Also, the travel mug that is included, has a thick rim which tastes rubbery. I suggest spending a few extra bucks and getting a different one.
