I bought this Fryer to make French Fries at a small food concession I have. Wow! It did a beautiful job on the fries and with the two baskets there's no hold up on customer orders. The fries are done in about 5 minutes and the customers love them. I wish there was a more effective way to clean the elements, but with the ease of using the fryer, I'll make do with carefully wiping it down with a sudsy cloth.

We use the fryer in a small to go restaurant setting. We sell barbeque but use the fryer for frys, hot wings, fish and pork chops. We use the machine daily and have had great service from it. I would recommend it for the user who frys light to medium duty. It is not good for the large chain type cooking because of the size only. The machine is good and sturdy enough for the home cook and the small restaurants.

I really love this deep fryer. I use it for personal/home use only and it has more than exceeded my expectations. I love that it keeps the oil heated perfectly. Ive never had problems with my oil cooling.
Its large size is perfect for when I make my fried chicken and the food never sticks for me. It is extremely easy to clean as well.
The only CON is that the cable is VERY VERY short. It could be a little longer but I understand why they wouldnt issue a long cable with something that holds a large portion of boiling oil.
Ive had two deep fryers given to me as gifts when I expressed my interest in having one and I hated them both. I went out and did my own research and found this one myself. I love it and definately recommend it to anyone looking for a home deep fryer.

I bought this fryer to be able to cook a larger quantity of food than the Rival Cool Touch fryer I bought a few years ago. I miss the auto turn off (after 1 hour the Cool Touch shuts itself off-also shuts off immediately following the timer-which was a little less desirable) and timer but otherwise the Profry works for us just fine. It would be nice if the fryer heated another 25 degrees too but as long as it's allowed to recover for a few minutes it does a good job.
Does take a good 15-20 minutes to come to temp from cold, and 375 is the highest it goes which is the desired heat for most of the recipes that I use. That and the lack of a timer cost it a star.

This makes the best French Frys ever, prety nifty break away plug just in case you tip it over. Two baskets are nice, I prefer the one big basket $12.00 extra I highly recommend this product.
