This is a good product for small kitchen use. The 1st one I purchased came in defective, but Amazon quickly replaced the unit at no charge to me. The second one works fine.

This scale was purchased for use in a bakery, where water, flour, and other messy ingredients are used regularly. It cleans up very easily, and it makes weighing ingredients in bowls or measuring cups simple. You will not be disappointed with this scale. I don't think you could beat it for this price.

Works great. The controls are simple. Love the metric/imperial settings and the zero feature. Nice size, attractive design, easy to clean.

I resisted the urge to get a food scale for baked recipes but I had to get this for Eileen Yin Fei Lo's latest cookbook.
Despite its metallic techy appearance, this is very lightweight and easily stores on its side like a book.
