Every issue is packed with tons of useful information for beginners to advanced lifters. The magazine also updates current and upcoming events in every issue. What a great way to keep up to date on the sport of Powerlifting. If your into powerlifting or just starting out, check out this magazine.

4 out of 5 stars Does the job   November 30, 2002

Not too many magazines of this genre, so one is a captured audience for the most part. Does a great job in reporting scores and records. Has informational articles written in down-to-earth style, some very helpful to the average powerlifter, others a bit sketchy such as one that featured nutrition for the athlete. It stopped short just when you expected to get some really concrete information. Otherwise, an upbeat, albeit simple journal that is gratefully skimpy on flashy ads and promos.

We'll be adding even more exciting features to assist you in the coming year.
