Just plain good December 24, 2001 j. j. molloy (Bloomington, Indiana) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This album is booth soothing and inspiring, a credit to Nakai. It honors Indian culture but incorporates other musical genres. Buy it!
Great for relaxation January 4, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is great music to fall asleep to! I have used this myself and in guided relaxation sessions with others, and it seemed to do its job well. The recording is altered to make it sound as if the artist is playing in a canyon instead of a sound studio (hence the title), but rather than sounding fake, I think the effect worked well.

This CD has quickly become one of my favorites.
Native American flute music August 5, 2006 Marion J. Corrigan (WI) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I enjoyed the music but would have liked a better mix for future listening. The whole CD was flute and it was nice but I will mix it up with other music.
Just Magical!!!!! August 8, 2006 Thunderheart (Auburn,MA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am part American Indian and proud to point out this artist as the best of the best with the Indian flute and Canyon Trilogy is one of the best examples of his artistry with this instrument. very soothing, calming---where I turn when I need to relax.
