I happened to buy this directly at the Hallmark Gold Crown store at the mall where I work. I had just read an article on his message boards a few days prior saying that they had this album on sale only at Hallmark. Well, being that I'm an avid fan of his, I just HAD to check it out. The first 6 songs are just a taste of what this great man has accomplished over the past five years or so. He picked some exquisite songs for this collection. The song With You was written by Josh himself. I love it to death! It has the most beautiful arrangement and of course that velvety rich voice laced in with a gorgeous piano and, of course, his amazing falsetto! My Heart was Home Again is absolutely incredible! For me, it was like hearing Josh that very first time. The lyrics were so beautiful and vivid; one could envision what it was he was singing. His voice was top notch in this song as well. I could tell easily that his voice is maturing beautifully. This is a beautiful CD. I recommend this to lovers all over the world and to anyone who wants to hear a pure voice of gold.

I've been listening to everything Josh has produced since seeing him on PPBS years ago, this CD is a wonderful taste of Josh for fans and for newbies. I purchased this CD as Hallmark and gave it to a friend for her birthday, she is now a convert. I felt the two new songs are enjoyable, particularly My Heart was Home Again, I keep hitting replay on this one to learn the words. I would also recommend "Awake" the newest CD and material by Josh. It did take me a couple of times to get into some of the songs, but now I am enjoying the new direction of this golden voice. I meant to give this 4 stars, can't seem to change that.

I was hesitant to buy this album when I found it at Hallmark back around Valentine's Day. I already owned all but 2 of the songs on other albums and had a hard time justifying spending the money on a 2 song gamble, but I really enjoy Josh Groban's music, so I finally caved and bought it. I was very glad I did. Not only does it contain a beautiful live version of "Broken Vow" (one of my favorites), but it also has a wonderful new song called "My Heart Was Home Again" that I absolutely love. Not only is the melody light and sweet, but the lyrics are visual and poetic. My favorites are "Camels sail like wooden ships, like women on the Strand." and "Taxis line up like a string of pearls around the block again." It is rare that lyrics are worth listening to at all, much less savor.

Another fantastic CD from Josh Groban! There's only two new songs but they make the CD worth the price. Josh Groban fans will really enjoy this.

Though 6 of 8 appears in the Josh Groban's three albums, the bonus 2 are really really worthy of the price (not here). Both are touching and make you feel warm.
