Worked With My TI-86 Too January 29, 2008 Fatma Bayram (Carlstadt, NJ) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read the reviews in this page about the cable and how it worked with the TI-86 and I was encouraged to buy it. The TI Connect software quickly recognized my calculator but some features are not available since the TI-86 is not fully supported. I am able to use the TI Device Explorer to see what programs and things I installed in my calculator. When I want to install a new program, I just drag the file into the TI Device Explorer. You can download programs from [...]but some may freeze your calculator. The TI Screen Capture works fine, and so does most of the other programs but the TI-86 does not support the Study Cards Creator.
Dispensable March 2, 2008 Doug The TI graph calculators already bring one, so its not entirely necessary to get one, unless you think you need a backup.
TI graphlink cable April 5, 2008 Donald Delorenzo (Youngstown, OH USA) This items performed exactly the way I expected. I am very happy with Amazon for making it available at such a price. We will do business again, I'm sure. Thank you.
Works as Advertised September 6, 2008 Luis Figueroa (Coronado, CA USA) I purchased the TI 83Plus Graphics USB link recently and was pleased with its performance and straight forward installation in my Vista computer. I liked the 83Plus more than the more recent TI calulator model (TI 84) and by purchasing the USB link, in essence, it provides the same functionality in a more compact and "eye pleasing" package.
TI Connectivity kit October 19, 2008 Seth T. Stone Great product! It works perfectly as described. It beats having to write the programs for your TI!
