Stick to it! September 21, 2005 Anita Mcsheehan 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I had seen this product on TV. I had an item, that I loved, get broken & I didn't want to throw it away. I had kept it for several weeks til I saw an ad. I went online & ordered it. I am very pleased to say it worked. My item doesn't look like it was ever broken. Thanks
Sure foams a lot, but holding is not what it does. March 1, 2006 L. Farless (Calabasas, CA) 3 out of 10 found this review helpful
I followed the directions exactly, dampen one surface, apply to other, clamp for 4+ hours, 100% cured in 24, and in 8 hours when I check on it, all foam and no hold. I could have pulled the fan I tried to glue apart with my pinky. I was using it for plastic on plastic. This stuff doesn't work, overrated junk.
Incredible product! December 28, 2007 Leigh Kade (Myrtle Creek, Oregon United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have been using Gorilla Glue as a professional model maker for several months now, and I am happy to report that it surpasses any and all expectations I had for it. I use it to glue resin panels to masonite and fiber board, and it is extraoridnary in that role. I have found that the expanding quality of the glue allows gaps to be forgiven, and have used it in place of wood glue on several projects. Use it sparingly, though, because the expanding nature of Gorilla glue can sneak up on you. It does sand very well, and takes paint well, too. I even used it to put my gutter back in place when it started to fall off of my house... Three months later (in Oregon rain) and it's still holding tight. For smaller projects, I would advise using Gorilla Super Glue, which is simply amazing stuff. I cannot even BEGIN to recommend these glues enough!

Is very strong. Seems to hold very heavy items in place very well. Also, holds small items as well. Needs a better delivery system as well.
One Tough Glue August 6, 2008 Nuknuk (springfield, VA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Pros: -Really tough glue -More flexible than super glue -Waterproof -Works on many surfaces, metals, wood, ceramics, some plastics, etc. Best for wood applications. Cons: -It expands, drips and produce tiny bubbles during the drying process. This is my biggest gripe. Definitely not for repairing your Lladros or others applications that require hairline precision. -Glue is not clear but yellow. Very noticeable, not good if you really want a clean finish. -Make sure you really clean the tip of the bottle or it will be hard to open and use it the next time -Expensive
