I've had this for a couple weeks. So far, it is working well for me. People can hear me fine and I can hear them. I find that the sound is best for me when I set the phone volume at 50% and then fine tune with the in-line volume control. For the price, it's hard to beat. It would be nice if the ear piece and opposing head pad swiveled for a little better fit, but that's just a nit.

I am literally using the headset right now on a conference call while I type this review. Works great, sounds great, comfortable, and good value for the money. Seems sturdy, despite the fact that it folds up. In fact, the folding feature (which I originally wasn't sure I'd like), is handy as it stores in compact manner. While I agree that the mute button is only good if you push and hold, I typically use the mute button on my phone and reserve the one on the headset for real quick mute needs.

This headset is by far the best wired headset I have ever purchased and owned. I have been using 2 of these for the past few years and when my local retailer had no stock I bought a different brand. My wife and I use headsets extensively and the alternate brand just didn't do it for us. When I saw that Amazon had them I bought 3 sets. 2 for immediate addition to the 2 we still use and one for a back-up. Summary: We love this headset!

This is the best headset I have ever owned. The voice is clear and it has mute button. This fits on my home phone and cell phone--which is incredible! The headset for my cell phone is one of those stupid fit in the ear jobs that just fall out, are uncomfortable, dorky looking while you talk into a wire, etc. None are really that good. This one is great if you can just get past the air traffic controller look. I have! Remember, it never falls off or out, you are always heard, and you always hear your party, there is never a security or clarity issue....Top of the line!!!

What else do you expect a headset to behave? I use it all the time on my panasonic KX-TG2216, 2.4 Ghz phone. It's rugged and stylish with volume control and mute. Would recommend as a safe options to hands free environment.
