The headset is comfortable although it is not adjustable enough for me. It is too big and I have it set on the smallest settings. The sound is not loud enough for me. The mute feature is a big plus.

I so loved this product I bought three; one for my cell and two for my home. The headset is very comfortable. Once a person gets accustomed to having the headset on, they will wonder how they ever did without it. Voice clarity is not compromised in the least. I have done all manner of household AND garden chores wearing the Panasonic headset. A terrific value for the money. Thanks Panasonic.

This unit is an excellent product, it reproduces incoming sounds very well and reports indicate that it puts out a very clear sound level.
I researched Hands-free head sets for about a week at many sources and elected to buy this unit via Amazon. It is very comforable fitting and reproduces incoming and outgoing sounds very clearly.
I reccommend this unit highly to anyone that is picky about utility

This headphone was recommended to me by a friend and it has served me well for several months now, I connect it to my Panasonic cordless phone handset. The handset fits in my pocket and I can walk around the office while talking on the phone - both hands and legs free. :-)
I shopped around and thought the price on Amazon was reasonable and delivery came pretty quickly.

I gave the product 4 stars because when it gets here it works great . It is exactly what I need . I work from home doing customer service calls , so this unit has the mute button you push when you need it , not the kind that you have to click off and on . My only reason not giving it 5 stars is that they dont last long , but I believe you get what ya pay for . The price has gone down . I am on my 4th pair . If they made anoth set that was more durable with the same features I would buy it , but to date I havent found one . As far as all the other stuff like the shipping , no problems at all . I have been a very lucky customer with Amazon ( knock on wood )
