Prior to purchasing this phone system, I had several phones in my home that either emitted a background buzzing noise or were not audibly adequate enough to allow me to hear the person calling me. These phones have very good sound quality on both ends of the line! I also like that I can hear an incoming voice message through any of the cradled handsets. Another feature I like is the ability to choose and set a pleasant musical ring tone (preprogrammed in the phone) instead of having to settle for the usual obnoxious standard ring tone on most home phones. I am very happy with this purchase!

Very cool phone...bought the set and have them all over my house. They work perfectly and are easy to set up. The only thing I have trouble with is the voicemail I use through the phone company and the message indicator. I thought the phone was capable of showing an alert (red flashing button or something). I am not using the phone answering device so perhaps that is the only alert it will show? All in all, good price, good phone and glad I bought it from Amazon (the other reviews helped me choose this phone).

I use this phone with an analog telephone adapter (ATA) that connects to Gizmo (Internet phone company) and the regular telephone company. In the almost two months I've been using this phone there have been no problems and clear sound. It replaced a Uniden cordless that had a poor headset jack.
