We've had this phone for a few months now, and are very satisfied. Sound quality is good. The answering machine works well, and it's nice to be able to hear it on the remotes as well. Handset comfort is okay - a little tough to hold between your ear and shoulder. Three handsets works well in our house.
Great phone with some small flaws May 10, 2008

I have used this phone system for 2 months. It works fine. Clear sound and easy to use.
But is is unconvenient that you are not allowed to set all the missed calls as read. I have to review all the missing calls to let this message disappear. I do not feel goot at it.
After all, I am satisfied with the other aspects.

These are very nice phones; the system is excellent.
They are comfortable to hold, the speaker phone works well, you
can hear very well, and the phone stays put on its cradle.
I also like that you can adds more phones to the system if you wish.
 Cordless phones don't have great range May 13, 2008

The panasonic cordless phone do fine on everything except the range. Problems occur 50ft from the house. Our old Vtech phones had a range of over 200ft from house.

I purchased this cordless phone with answer machine to replace an older AT&T equivalent. Unfortunately, some of the same problems with AT&T were repeated. The range is just outside of the house. Impossible to carry into the garden and use the phone. In addition, the handset display is poorly lighted and difficult to read. The features are equivalent to the older model but no real gain in new features or even simplification. Sound is ok but not great.
