Quirky September 8, 2007 C. Mitchell 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I've had this set of three cordless phones with answering machine for a less than a month. I basically like it, but twice it has malfuntioned for several hours where I can't make or receive calls. I get an error message that the handset is too far from the base, even though it's an inch away. All three phones are affected, so I'd be out of commission if I didn't have a corded phone. It mysteriously fixes itself when it's good and ready. I have no clue how/ why it happpens or how to fix it when it does. Also, the answering system/caller ID informs me that I have missed calls. When I check them and clear them, it still claims I have missed calls. Other than these two issues, the phone is okay. I don't know if I'd buy it again because the trouble shooting guide does not cover these issues.
Excellent option in our cordless world September 20, 2007 R. Chamberlain (Milwaukee, WI) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I've been using the Panasonic KX-TG1033S DECT 6.0 phone system for about a month, and I'm very impressed. Great voice and sound quality, better than average speaker phone, very easy to use, and most importantly - NO interference and very good quality at distance and through walls! The minor quirks I've found are with the answering system. It's too easy to delete messages inadvertantly. I've always enjoyed the quality of the Panasonic wired phones, but for some reason never developed the same attachment for their prior cordless versions. I've used Uniden, Siemens and VTech cordless, and I'm glad I came back to Panasonic. This phone is a winner in my house!

Will return phones for the following reasons: Dropped calls. Echoes. Sometimes can't even receive calls. Will return phones. Very poor quality.
Huge disappointment! February 17, 2008 E. P. Sweeney (Europe : Portugal) 6 out of 16 found this review helpful
I had no choice but to return the Panasonic KX-TG10335 Dect 6.0 telephone set because it's virtually impossible to operate outside of the U.S. - I live overseas and have done this for many years: I generally replace the 110 Volt AC/DC adaptor with a European 220V one ... The Panasonic KX-TG10335's adaptor now works with 6.5 volts output making it impossible (I believe on purpose)to substitute for any of the commercially available adapters (they are adjustable to the following output voltage: 3 - 4.5 - 6 - 7.5 - 9 - 12 ... BUT NOT 6.5 !!!) Bad bad feature for all those people who are relocating around the world for work!

The phones are great. Nice look and feel and good reception. Unfortunately the ansering machine has frozen andthen garbled messages twice in three weeks so I am sending the system back.
