Very nice Phones July 5, 2008 John James (Alabama) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These have been some of the best cordless phones I have owned. The clarity is great. they have a paiging service between px's that allow you to talk to the other hand set. they share phone books and caller id, very nice. they have several ring tones and the volume is loud.
nice little compact phone September 19, 2008 J. Stemper 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Already had a good phone with answereing system, so just needed a set of phones for a few other rooms. Love the night time function where I can have phones not ring after a certain time. My only criticism (and it's a small one), is the orange light at the top of the phone is a little distracting, but again, a very small detail, most people may like it.
A good basic Panasonic phone November 4, 2008 Ulf Nilsson (Truckee, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have had this phone now for a month, and that is usually within the time frame for a phone to show if it is good or bad. This one has proved to be good. The KX-TG6312 is a silver grey unit with two handsets and no answerer machine. It is very light weight. Each handset is 0.29lb. The range is really good and the voice quality as well. The speaker phone is excellent. The display on the hand unit has a good light and the navigation keys are easy to operate. The batteries for the hand units are AAA rechargeable NI-MH, which makes it easy and less costly when it is time to replace them. The operation time for continuous use is 5 hours max. and stand by 11 days max. The manual is pretty straight forward and easy to understand. If there is any draw back on this phone, it is that there is no belt clip. I really miss that option to be able to put the phone on my belt when I'm working. I have checked with Panasonic, but it is not even possible to buy one separately and install it on this phone. If this is a save from Panasonic, I don't think it is a good one. Do I recommend this phone? Yes! If you are looking for a cordless phone with no answerer machine to a good price, you cant go wrong here.
cordless phone August 24, 2008 A. C. paul 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The cordless phone far exceeds my expectations - it is just what I needed and wanted.
Better than average September 16, 2008 M. Dougherty (Reading, PA, USA) I had bought a similar phone which was made by Uniden, because I wanted a phone in my basement and there was no phone jack there. The Uniden phone was terrible, lots of static, so I returned it and bought this one instead. This phone has proved to be adequate -- I can talk on it anywhere in the house. It sounds a little "hollow" to the person on the other end of the line, but it seems fine on this end, and there's no static. I like the speakerphone feature. Overall I'd say it's a good value for the money, and it has met my needs.
