Quality product and much easier to operate than the multi function machines. Great for occasional use since always ready to function and without multi colored inks which can be problems.

Copier works great as a mobile copier or even at home if you don't make many copies. You would not want to use it as an everyday copier because the toner costs more than the copier.

This PC Copier was a Christmas gift for my 80-year old Mom, and she is able to use it with ease.

I had a problem with the toner cassette. The copier seemed to be working properly, but the ink wouldn't flow to make a readable copy. I called the
company, talked to Sam, explained the problem, and Sam sent me a new cassette. Viola! Now it works perfectly. If it hadn't been for Sam,(he's
great), I might have been a very unhappy customer because the cassettes are very expensive. This is where it pays to have good customer relations.
The copier is perfect for my needs, and YES, I would do business with them again.

Overall, a good little copier. Although, pencil notation does not copy well, even with the darkest setting selected (disappointing). Good for making small batches of copies.
