It's a toner cartridge. You put it in your printer and it prints. Nothing too exciting here. I have the Brother MFC-8440 which I have been using for the last couple years and I have been very pleased with it.

This cartridge is quite easy to install. We've had our Brother HL-5140 printer for several years and just recently replaced the cartridge for the first time. The cartridge actually printed more sheets than the yield claimed it would. Even at the point I replaced the cartridge, print was very clear, dark, and quite easy to read.

I purchased this genuine cartridge to replace a discount toner cartridge. The discount cartridge failed about half way through it's useful life. Buy original!

This is an OEM product. Works perfectly, & by purchasing the high yield model I many more copies. This drops the per copy cost. Amazon's price was by far the best & delivered in a timely manner!
