I have had this product for about 2 months. The phones work great! My favorite feature is that when you pick up any handset and make a change, such as clear the missed calls and voicemail, it applies on all the phones. They have an amazing sync feature. These phones are worth the cost.

Have had the main unit of the Panasonic Dect6 with 3 handsets for quite a while now and it works GREAT!!! Got the extra hand set about 15 min ago---opened the box -plugged in the charger--installed the batteries and it was ready to sync. It took all of 7 seconds to sync didn't have to wait to charge--it was charged enough out of the box. It took another 3 seconds to transfer phonebook to new set. Love it.

Quick delivery, fantastic price, perfect condition, and wonderful customer set-up service from Panasonic. I avoid E-Bay completely and only shop with Amazon, my on-line SuperStore.

Purchased these phones based on reviews. When installed, there is no volume on the handsets. I purchased the Panasonic hands free headset, again based on reviews and you can barely hear the caller. Speakerphone allows you to hear better if you are about 1 foot away. Try another phone.

Worked fine right out of the box. The included instructions explaining how to integrate the handset into our existing Panasonic Cordless System were excellent, simple, and idiot proof. If you have an existing Panasonic DECT6.0 Digital Phone System this is a great way to expand it.
