Excellent Phone August 12, 2007 Anil Gogate (India) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I purchase this phone a week back and very happy with it. Voice clarity is superb and manual is nicely written. Four handsets makes it vrey convinient to pick up the nearest phone. Some suggestions - Panasonic can add few more tones ( Like in cell phone ) so that they can be assigned to different incoming numbers. Also you cannot make out how many messages you have received. Overall I am very satisfied with this phone.
No Audible Notification Answering Machine August 31, 2007 S. Cooper (Cypress, TX) 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
Great phones! Just wish it had audible notification option when you have a message. I knew it only had blinking light recognition when I bought it, but still wish it had it. I confirmed with Panasonic just in case - no luck :(
An excellent cordless phone system October 3, 2007 Kenneth Camper (Seattle, WA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have been very happy with this Panasonic cordless phone set since i purchased it about a month ago. So far, it has performed very well on key points such as clarity, signal strength and battery life. Having four handsets makes it very convenient for the average household. The form factor is a fairly good balance of heft without bulk. The lighted screen is very good, though the type face could be refined and perhaps enlarged. One flaw is the imperfect robotic voice, which when turned on, gives an audible announcement of the caller ID. Also, in a bedroom, the charging light at the top of the handset is bright enough to double as a night light; not a plus for me -- I have to hide mine -- but maybe fine for other less light sensitive people.
Good System, but still has some flaws January 7, 2008 George K. (Newport RI) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I expected a Very High Quality Product, first because Panasonic Phones have always been my favorite and usually get my best rating, and second because this is a fairly costly phone system. For the most part I liked all the "Bells and Whistles" of this system and have not yet discovered a distance limitation within my house (i.e. I set the system up connected in a "Central Location" and get perfect reception anywhere in my modestly large home). However, there are still a few lingering problems with this system; 1) A Persistent Echo, whenever I talk in a quiet room I hear my own echo. This is partly solved by lowering the handset volume, but then the volume is too low and I need to strain to hear my other party. 2) Low Amplitude, even at the highest amplification the handsets are a little too quiet. Forget the handset speaker phone, the speaker is on the back of the phone and unless the background ambient is completely silent, it's difficult to hear the other party clearly. There is a Voice Enhancement feature which helps but not very much. I will keep this system, but I am not completely happy with it, for the price it should be a lot better.
Excellent range and clarity October 6, 2007 Jymbo53 (Florida) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Great for one-line office w/multi-users. You can even use the intercom feature to talk with another coworker while someone else is using the line to talk to clients. Hold feature/transfer to other handset is great. Has a feature to slow down the clients speech if they are talking too fast. Volume goes from quiet to medium - needs to have more volume. Other than that, it's a great phone.
