Great phones September 9, 2008 JWeave (Midwest, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is the 3-handset version of the KX-TF6311S model (the 6311 model just has one handset, the 6312 has two). These are great phones. We haven't had any problems with them. They have tons of options on them, like ringer volume, the light-up indicator, and a large phone book that is automatically shared between the phones. Each phone takes 2 AAA batteries, and then charge while on the cradle. So far, we've had them 2 weeks, and we talk on them for about 3 hours/week, and haven't had to replace any batteries. But when we do, it will be much cheaper to get AAA batteries, instead of the manufacturer's battery. No static whatsoever, and our main base is close to our microwave and dishwasher. The phones look nice, too, and the cradles are small and don't take up much room. Also, the main base can sit on a surface or can be hung on the wall. The phones themselves are small but comfortable to hold. The instructions are easy and clear to read, and it's really very easy to just figure the phone out without the instructions -- the phone really leads you through the steps of how to do something. Also, this is an expandable phone set, so you can add more handsets as needed. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is for two reasons. The first is because there is no answering machine on this phone. You must subscribe to your local phone company's voice mail program to receive messages. Instead of doing this, we are using an old answering machine, and it's doing just fine. The second reason is because occasionally there is an echo on the other line. I don't know if it's our phones or the other person's, but the echo can be loud and obnoxious. Has only happened with certain callers, though. I recommend this product, especially because of it's price tag, plus we got free shipping from Amazon.com. If you're not looking for over-the-top phones, but just good, simple, nice-looking, functioning phones, these are for you.
An amazing home phone system September 13, 2008 buy girl (lakewood, co) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought these phones after reading the other customer reviews and I am so pleased with the results! It was extremely easy to set up the handset system. Any adjustments made to one phone/handset (ie. phonebook entries, date/time adjustments, etc...) automatically transfers to the other handsets. The call quality is crystal clear with no interception from wireless devices and other equipment. The range is great too; I was amazed at how far I could walk around and still have a clear call. The speaker phone function is very useful as is the night mode. I even bought an additional handset after I ordered this and it seriously took me 10 seconds to register the new handset with the existing ones. Awesome phone for the price, I couldn't be happier and I would totally recommend this product.

This phone rocks July 30, 2008 E. Smith (Tampa FL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Previosly we had the older version of the Panasonic and it was great until it got interference with the microwave and Wireless connection. With this new Panasonic we are able to use this phone while operating the microwave and wireless! I have no complaints about this phone especially for the price!
Good product at a great price, Panasonic is 2nd to none. August 8, 2008 Lawrence Shultz (the Corrupt USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
For the Price and quality you can't go wrong. Quality speaker phone, and regular replacement batteries gives this phone a big advantage. The transmission at a much lower frequency gives an added layer of security. Chances of nearby neighbors hearing what you are saying is now a rare happening. Panasonic is the last of the quality phone makers left.
