I bought the brand name Weber grill cover instead of a cheaper non-Weber one because I found out that the cheaper ones fall apart in a year or so. I've only had this one a few months, but based on the thickness and flexibility of the plastic, I have to believe it will last longer. I like that part.
There is one thing about this one that I didn't like however. There is an open mesh strip along the front of the cover that allows water to pass down along the front of the grill! Why have the cover if the front of the grill is going to get wet? I'd recommend looking for other Weber covers without this mesh.

The custom Weber Premium Cover fits my Weber grill perfectly and the velcro straps at the bottom hold it securely in position. The material is heavy and resists damage. The vent strip along the front prevents moisture buildup inside.

Excellent strong cover. The velcro tabs as the sides keep the cover from blowing off even when it is windy.
