Is good for breaking up the ground. However the blades loosen very easily and I have to keep tightening them.

I ordered two Garden Weasels with detachable blades and two handles. One for myself, and one for a gift. I received them in two deliveries. The first package had everything intact. I gave that as a gift. The second came in a huge box that was mangled and no long handle. I returned it following instructions on the form I downloaded.

I purchased this Garden Weasel for my vegetable garden which is about 12'x12'. It does exactly what it is meant to do. It removes weeds from my garden and also turns the dirt. It takes a little muscle, but, so does using a hoe. It works on soil that has been turned up and is mostly weed free. The only down side is that the screws holding the tines in loosen a bit after use. I haven't had one fall out on me yet. Overall, I am very happy with it. For $15 I feel it was a good investment. We use it every other day in our garden.
