The cover fits the grill like a glove and arrived promptly -- just in time for the heavy rains and winds we've had for the past several weeks. It was cheaper at Amazon than at our local hardware store.

I managed to purchase this item right before it started raining and it turned out to be just what we needed. It's self explanatory in how to put it on the performer grill and covers the whole thing above the wheels so nothing gets dirty! I love it!

I had to call Weber to find out the number of the cover I needed as there was some confusion due to a model date change. They were very helpful in determining the correct one. Gave to son-in-law for his birthday. I quote. "Thanks very much it is a PERFECT fit and arrived 10 days before my birthday..(wife kept it hidden until the correct time). All in all a very satisfying experience.

The product does not fit my grill. I have a version that I bought 10 years ago and it has handles at the end opposite the fire pot. The grill cover does not work. Is there a way I can return the one you sent? Do you have one that will cover my grill. I am sure Weber has the specifics about the product I own.
Worth retiring a 20 year old kettleJuly 8, 2006 Hanako-chaaan(somewhere over the rainbow...) The quality and the features are why I bought a kettle 20 years ago. I look forward to 20 more years with this one!
