For $100 this is easy to assemble, sturdy and does the job. No need to buy anything more expensive. AAHHH my back feels so good now

I read all the info about other inversion tables and went with the Body Champ. I am totally satisfied with the Body Champ table. It is an excellent product for the price. It comes already partially assembled and the rest of the assembly is easy to follow with the instructions. It is light weight but stable when using it and well made. It will fold up for easy storage when not in use. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, well made table.

Very easy to setup, It really helps my herniated disc. The key to helping herniated disc is to, Go inverted for about 2 minutes, then go back up to level for about 1 minute. Then start the process over again and do this about 5 times, and do it 3 times a week or every other day. This is what my chiropractor suggested and boy does it work. Keeps me pain free, and for only $109 bucks sent to my house how can you go wrong.
