THIS IS A GREAT PLANT TO HAVE (IF YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF ONE). BUT, IT DOESN'T COME PACKAGED ALL THAT WELL, SO MAKE SURE THAT THE WEATHER WILL BE GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T RUIN IT BEFORE YOU GET A CHANCE TO ENJOY IT.

I ordered this tree for my husband for our anniversary. It came on time and as expected. It is a great little tree and he loved it. It came with complete care instructions, and it was packaged well. I would definitely buy another bonsai from this company.

this tree arrived VERY quickly (in 3 days). it was very well packed, only one little leaf fell off during shipping; the soil was still moist when i received it. we've had it for 3 weeks now and it's doing well (we've never been able to keep a plant alive for more than a few months, so we're keeping our fingers crossed). you'll definitely need to buy a little tray for underneath the tree.
the only reason i gave it 4 stars is...i'd like to see slightly better "care instructions".
overall, i'm very happy, would definitely order again.

I ordered this tree, on November 29, 2006, it was delivered December 5, 2006. It was frozen when it was delivered, needless to say, it now looks dead. The box said 2 day air, but it wasn't. I'm very disappointed with this item. Was supposed to be a gift. but now it's dead. Becareful of ording plants in the winter time. I live in Michigan. It must have set in the UPS office for a few days in a freezer or something.

Brussel's is great for packaging the trees so well. The service is also very fast. This is the third tree I have bought from them. It arrived in great condition, not a leaf out of place. It is sooooo pretty. I can't wait for my next order to arrive!!
