great Bonsai! it was much nicer than the one pictured!A GREAT bargain!...as most have already said, this was packaged extremly well! I have ordered several bonsai from Brussel's. I highly reccomend them..excellent customer service! questions are answered promptly and respectfully! This is a great Bonsai at a great price!

One of my girls bought me one of these for my birthday. She said it was a symbol of her love. I gotta say, it's cute, and it lives a lot longer than flowers and is lots easier to take care of than a new puppy. It's a great little tree, one I enjoy everyday. Beats roses, hands down.

I purchased as a gift and so far so good. The plant went though a period of adjustment and lost some leaves but has rebounded now that it's acclamated to it's new home. The enclosed brochure isn't worth the paper it's printed on as far as help. I recommend you get a good book or talk to someone who has bonsai for help.

A good price on this tree. But I was disappointed when it arrived. The trunk was awful--it was very bulbous/tuberous, and huge compared to the leaf portion. Just ugly. I called Brussel's directly and explained that I wasn't sure I had even received the same type of ficus I ordered. They promised to call me back, but didn't. I called Amazon, and they quickly placed an order for a replacement. I e-mailed Brussel's to let them know to expect a replacement order, and explained about the first plant. Didn't get a response, but the replacement plant was much the same. The roots/trunk were less bulbous and more compatible with the overall size of the tree. It wasn't quite as unattractive, but still didn't look like the same tree as displayed in the picture.

My first tree I have purchased online and was VERY HAPPY. Tree arrived very well packaged and was bigger than advertised and in incredible shape. I'm now a lifetime Brussel's customer!
