This is a very well built product. Be sure to check the size to be sure your dog will fit comfortably.

it keeps them off the cold floor and since they are older it's easier for them to get up and down, less stress to their legs. Only problem I find is that the legs of the bed tend to get loose, so it's just a matter of making sure every so often that they don't loosen up to the point of falling off.

I purchased three of these for my German Shepherds to use in their outdoor kennels during the day. They did not even last three months. The screws that hold the frame together sheared off on two of the beds and are impossible to replace. The third bed is still in use but shows signs of doing the same thing soon. I suppose they would be good for smaller dogs or for indoor use but I would not buy again.

This bed is a perfect fit for our 55 pound husky. The bed is easy to put together and feels solid and can used indoors or out. Our dog loves the outdoors and we keep the bed on our deck so that he will have a nice spot to relax when we are out on the deck. The bed can be placed standing up against the house if you need to move it out of the weather.

Both of my dogs love this bed. It has actually encouraged them to sleep in it rather than jumping into bed with us. My 2 cats also love this bed. As soon as a dog gets up a cat or two gets in.
The bed alone seemed to be a bit hard at least in my opinion, not necessarily to my dogs. I put a cushion in it to soften for my dog that has some joint tenderness. She loves it with the added softness but she liked it before I added it.
