 A Rare Instance When Three Curious Cats Weren't April 10, 2008

Got this in January. Now it's April. A week or so ago I donated it to some cat rescue people in hopes it might attract their spring kittens. Haven't heard back. The thing looked cozy and appealing to me but my three cats, two of them under 10 pounds and one much larger, showed no interest, not ever, not any of them. I tried in on the floor, on the bed, near their usual sleeping spots...I occasionally plopped one of them into it for a petting session, but my normally curious crew wanted nothing to do with it. It's cute, though, and were it not for the fact that the velvety black one that Amazon sent collected cat hair like a magnet, even though nobody went near it, I might have considered the larger size. I probably won't.

Bed isnt as big as it said it was, defiantely a smaller bed and if you have an small cat or dog 8 inches or longer then its definately not the bed for you, because it will be to small to fit them into it. I would suggest buying a different bed or a larger size even if you think you have a really small dog.

I purchased two of these. A large one for my Ragdoll cat and the smaller one for my Shih Tzu puppy. They are wonderful, and are machine washable. The cat and the puppy seem to really like them.

Awkward construction - the pillow portion is really thick, and then it's very small in diameter, so its tippy. I've tried it with 3 different cats, and they all hate it. Don't waste your money.
