When my cat playpen first arrived, the bottom pan was cracked from the way it was packed. No cushioning or bubblewrap was protecting anything. I called the phone # they provided in the paperwork that was inside the box to inform them. Customer service was very polite and very helpful. They immediately put an order in for a replacement tray and I received that within a week at the most. The three ledges are a good size, but they are not supported correctly. My feline weighs only 9lbs and when she moves from shelf to shelf, it is noisy. I think the shelves need support running the length through the middle and on all four corners. Now for the KUDOS: the size of this cage is purrfect. It's tall and roomy. I can put her litter box and food away from eachother and the has 3/4 of the pen to move around in. The cushion is a good quality. The four doors make it so easy to clean. The locking castors are good quality. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

no surprises, just as advertised. assembly easy by 2 persons once all the little wires were separated. instructions could be better, but end result was sturdy
cat enclosure, that is fairly easy to move from inside home to deck.

This large rolling cage is excellent for the b/w, long haired, 8 wk old, feral kitten "Howie" that I have rescued. There is room for his sm. litter box, basket bed, food and water dishes, and also room to play. I placed the 3 platforms, one with fleece close to the bottom, altho he scales right up the sides. Hanging strands of yarn hold paper twists for him to bat at. The 4 doors have secure latches so the small grandsons can't release him. This cage also keeps Howie safe from the pugs, westie, and senior cats, and yet he can still react with them. I am really happy over this product!

No package received. No answer from the company in reponse to numerous emails from me until AFTER I cancelled the order with Amazon. THEN they email me. I don't recommend this company for pet supplies.

The product was a little hard for a women to fit together, but once assembled it is great.
