I love this stuff! I never have to change a litter box again.
I just wish the manufacturer could address the clogging problem with some of the more bulky waste (two cats)

You would think that a product that was "Enviromentally Friendly" would come in recyclable packaging, but it does not. The actual clear packing plasic is not marked for recycling and neither is the cartridge.
It would also only be 2/3rds empty and it would be "EMPTY" and there was still a LOT of solution left in it! With 3 cats, we'd go through 2 cartidges in one week! Wasn't worth it anymore!
I'm selling my CatGenie on Ebay.

I really wish I could give this item a 4 or 5 star rating. I really do. For myself, I like the idea of the CatGenie; if my cats would only use it. I will continue to purchase the SaniSolution and the granuals because I've already invested in the machine. Otherwise, I just keep hoping, someday, my cats will see the same value in thier toilet as I do.

I like the scented version. It works great - my only complaint is the fact that they can't be refilled. And since you can't buy this stuff locally (and your genie wont work without it) you have to have this on hand at all times.
I REALLY wish you could refill it!
