Excellent product. Easy to reseach issues with planning tips and real world practical examples to increses reader comprehension. Great source book for individual tax preparers as well as professionals who assist other taxpayers. Return om my investment (purchase price) is at least $100 saved in tax payments for each dollar spent on the book.
Be sure you understand the terminology of the title, 2007 tax year is the 2008 edition. Don't buy 2007 edition since you normally filed your 2006 taxes by 4/15/2007.

There is nothing to be said about this tax book except it is the very best there is. When you do your taxes, and that is something we all must do even if we hire it out, this book is without equal. Even if you use tax software, this reference will be used often. If you are only going to buy one tax book, buy this one.

I didn't use this book much to file my taxes. Information on deductions seemed incomplete and lacked details. I found myself still going to the IRS website for info. I used TurboTax this year and probably could have done without this book. It is a great resource if you plan on filing your own taxes on paper.
