I like turbo tax. I have used it since it first came out. Note that it is cheaper to order directly and skip the CD/download stuff and complete your return online. Still, I am going to start looking for cheaper software or cheaper online preparation.

TURBOTAX is everything it is advertised to be.
I started using TurboTax in 2002 and have used it every year since. As my tax situation has grown more complicated with investments and a business, it has more than met my needs. It is easy-to-use, complete, and hassle-free.
I take comfort in knowing that it doesn't overlook deductions, credits, or expenses. Once I have gone through the interview process (which is ridiculously simple), I know I have touched all the bases.
Its Deductible is so good I bought it outright a couple of years ago. For charitable donations of clothes, mileage, and money it is excellent. To have a software package that properly values a short sleeve silk women's blouse in good condition is worth it's weight in gold.
TurboTax has saved me money on taxes and given me peace of mind.

When condenplating a taxable event I have often run the old version of TuroTax to see the impact federal and state tax would have. It would be helpful if a feature could be added that would update this run to match any proposed change in the tax code.

I was a beta tester for Turbo Tax, in fact I have been beta testing Turbo Tax for about 7 years and it keeps getting better.
This version is the simplest yet. Anyone required to pay taxes can use this program. You no longer need to pay an accountant $$$ to file your taxes. Why give your refund to tax accountants who 99% of the time use Turbo Tax to file your refund in the first place.
Keep your refund to yourself!
Intuitive menus, simple easy to use interview questions customize the program for you and your personal tax situations.
I could go on and on, but I won't. Just buy this and you will kick yourself for years of giving your hard earned refund to someone else to file your taxes.

Yes there are still some minor bugs that undoubtedly will get fixed but this year's edition boasts the most perfect, elegant combination of interface simplicity, intuitiveness & functionality I have ever experienced in a Turbotax product. Note to Intuit - no more interface improvements needed - it's perfect! Just repeat next year & the year after, etc. please.
