Great program but missing critical information July 3, 2008 James S. Fitzgerald (Kirkland, WA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Like the marvelous Streets and Trips program for the United States, this program has seeds of greatness. However, it is diminished by a failure to clearly and adequately disclose data gaps. When in Ireland I learned for the first time that the program does not have Republic of Ireland address search/location capability. This is a serious deficiency that forced rental of a vehicle GPS. Such gaps should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. It was great in England and otherwise it is a useful program and easy to use.

My desktop CD-ROM refused to recognize that the CD was in the tray. It did recognize other CDs. My desktop is a HP Pavilion 2000 with Windows XP HomeVersion. My laptop did accept the CD so I know that it is not the CD. I purchased the product for use on my desktop, not the laptop. I would appreciate instructions on fixing the problem.

A good product that with little care from MS can be a winner August 8, 2007 J. Do (TA IL) Pros: 1. You can plan easily your vacations in advance in details day by day. 2. Cost less than 75% other GPS systems. Cons: 1. No much improvement from earlier versions. 2. You can not limit the range of the search to one county or for the specific travel place. 3. Very poor import from the internet interface (i.e. from maps, sites).
