Thjis is the best product I have found to protect computers . We have been building computers for thirteen years now and this product beats all the populars brands you see daily . better than Norton, Mac Afee, trend micro, ad-ware, spy sweeper , these we have tried and they do not compete with bitdefender . I LIKE BITDEFENDER! and it's not a resource HOG like Norton. Updating hourly only takes seconds so it has no affect on my workload. This software will definitely guarantee a hacker-proof and virus-proof pc. It also has a five star firewall. Can not believe the license is updated for 2 YEARs. A bonus and one less thing to hassle with.

I have to jump in here ... I can attest that Bitdefender free online scanner is fabulous! My machine was totally cheesed - AVG found nothing, Avast found nothing, but BitDefender wiped out the bugs and I am VERY impressed. Had I not read these reviews I would have probably purchased their newest version.

Great value, product works very well. It is light on system resources. I've run 3 other security suites on this machine, the others being Webroot, Norton, and McAfee. It is much lighter on system resources than Webroot and Norton and has a faster startup and scan times. A little more demanding than McAfee, but not to the point that performance suffers. The firewall is much easier to train than Webroot's and McAfee. The backup service is nice, but maybe not needed for all users. Overall, the best suite I've owned so far.
