I also use this towel with the 85" Manduka mat (also great) for vinyasa and heated vinyasa practice. I can't imagine practicing without it! My mat no longer turns into a slip-n-slide halfway through my practice, so i can hold my postures much better. It has definitely made a difference in my practice! only issue is that it only comes in the two colors, and it does bleed when you wash it. I'd still recommend it to anyone!! Great buy!

This towel definitely performs much better than a regular towel but I still will slip while in poses like downward dog towards the end of my practice. It is the best option that I have found so far so I will continue to use it.

Because you can fold this towel, not just roll it up, you can make sure that you don't have to come in contact with any dirty gym surfaces. This larger size is slightly longer than the largest yoga/pilates mat at the gym, so you don't need to move it to accommodate different exercises. The stippled surface keeps the towel in place very well.
There is a lot of excess dye in the towel when you first get it. They advise you to wash twice before first use.

Yogitoes Skidless Premium Mat-Size Yoga Towel
I was very disappointed in this "skidless" towel, as I slipped all through my yoga class. When I asked about returning it, I was told that I would only receive 50% back, after one use. Beware of buying something that you are unsure of --- you may lose money in the transaction if you need to return it.
