This is an amazing sport. Very easy to play and addictive. I got a friend to try it in my backyard and we both got addicted. Playing in a Tennis court is even more fun as you don't have to stop every few minutes to pick up the tennis balls (for those of us who can't afford ball boys/girls!). Playing with the nightspeeders (using glow-in-the-dark light) is a lot of fun. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

My 8-year old son and I have had this game for nearly three years now and have not grown tired of it. Considering the use our set has been put to (we play nearly every day in the summer months), it has held up remarkably well. I am surprised to read of another reviewer's report that the all of the birdies in the set fell apart within the first day of use. Although we have lost a few birdies to the bamboo forest behind our property, we have lost none due to quality issues. In fact, we still have (and use) a birdie that came with our original set. We have gotten so much enjoyment from this game that I have just ordered a second set so we can have 4-player games.

The quality of this game is very good. Speedminton is more fun than badminton. I would recommend it to anyone.

My 14 year old son and I enjoy running outside and playing speedminton anytime when we have a chunk of time together. It's faster paced then traditional batminton and since we already have a volleyball net set up, requires no little set up. It's a great study break activity when we are pressed for time and want to get some physical activity. The price was amazing for this set; we bought it as an add-on to a previously purchased set so the whole family can play.

I mailed this set to my son and his family as a gift and it was a huge hit with all ages. I sent extra "birds" and extra lights for exciting night play and they just love it.
