Having recently had gastric bypass surgery, I rely on these shakes twice a day to keep my protein levels up into the GREAT range!! I like the FROSTY CHOCOLATE shake the best (although I've also tried the Strawberry, Banana and Vanilla), and I pour them over some crushed ice (as I like my drinks ICY cold), and it's just delicious!! In the 89 days since my surgery, I guess I've drunk 180 CANS of this stuff! WHEW!! (but I've lost 53 pounds too!) I've tried LOTS of other protein mixes, and I just really like the chocolatly smoothness of this product AND the fact that it has almost TWICE AS MANY GRAMS OF PROTEIN as a drink you mix with the dry mix! There are 35 grams of protein in each 11 ounce can!! WOOHOO!!
I give it FIVE STARS, and I reccommend it to everyone I meet!

The Worldwide Sport R-T-D Pure Protein Chocolate drinks provide me with the additional protein I need. Having a difficult time eating solid foods due to a stomach surgery I need to get at least 70 grams of protein in me a day. This protein drink contains 35 grams in one can and tastes delicious. It is low calorie (170 per can) and I dont have to worry about unwanted weight gain.
High protein - low calorie - great taste.
Buying on line is easy and with excellent pricing.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this product. It has a great chocolate flavor, and because it's a high-protein drink instead of a meal replacement (and therefore isn't so fortified), it doesn't have that faint vitamin taste that, say, a Slim-Fast has. 35 grams of protein, 4 grams of (total) carbs, and 1 fat gram make this an excellent choice for people who just need to pump up their protein intake.

You can barely taste the chocolate in this drink because the sweetness is so overwhelming!!! Somewhat nauseating really
