Stretch System August 16, 2007 Mary S. Wandell 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I had used this same ProStretch years ago in therapy and it helped my plantar facitis. I ordered the single but find it hurts my knee when used alone and I know I need the dual stretch.
Splendiferous April 8, 2008 J. Dunker (San Diego, CA USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Though a simple idea, the value of a good stretch across your calf up your leg through your buttocks is an amazing relaxation of some daily tensions. Surprisingly, the device is not as flimsy as pictured, but a fairly rugged material with a robust feel. I enjoy owning & using it daily. I have recommended it to friends, whether they still play sports or workout, just for the simple benefit of releasing any pent up energy in their legs muscles.
Medi-Dyne ProStretch Kicks Butt March 8, 2007 E. Cowen (The Bluegrass State) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have severe achillies tendonitis and this is a savior for me. I normally try to find stairs that wont let my shoe slip to get a really good stretch. This allows me to do that anywhere without out a single problem. This thing rocks!!!!!
Good product for young athletes September 5, 2007 Woody 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I purchased this ProStretch product for my son on his Doc's (Othopedics)suggestion. He has had a problem with Seaver's, a common diagnosis for young athletes. He does use it and it does seem to work. That's all I can ask. It's easier than say standing on the edge of a step and has the gadget appeal even to an 11 year old. A good product in my opinion.
