I used this product for 6 months aprox. It did give me more strengh, resistance and energy just not as much as i spected (given some of the reviews i read here) that depends on your level of tolerance i think. It's worth trying it, but don't spect superman power.
And if the first one doesn't give you the performance you expect, belive me, the second, third, etc. wont either.

Pros: Tastes great. Doesn't upset stomach.
Cons: Only really gives you the kick about 30% of the time. Expensive. I feel light headed for about an hour after taking it. Will not buy again.

The product itself is the best I know for it's purpouse, I can't complain about that. If you really want to boost up your working out results, you gotta have it.
It turns out that I've unfortunately ordered to be delivered to another country, and it took over 30 days (without any clear response of all parts) to realize I should have better return the item. Bad for me...
My opinion is due to other times I've used the product, bought in local stores...

This is pretty much just a crapload of caffeine in powder form. It gives you energy, but I would take 1/2 of what they recommend unless you want your heart to explode at the gym.
I give it for stars for great taste and not lying too much about their product.

Got to me a lot quicker than expected, which is even more unexpected because I am currently in Iraq. The product itself is very good, and I would recommend it to anyone. Good, constant energy that really does help you get more reps, and heavier reps. I did feel a little nauseous when I first started taking it, but by the third time I took it, I never felt it again.
