This product rocks , if you are serious about body building this is a must have ...I've been using NO-Explode about two weeks and seen some serious enhanchments.. First of my workout lasts at least an hour longer than usual and still have energy left over . Combine this product with the right amount of protein shake you are good to go...also note that this product does not cause any stomach cramping or aching like other creatine products do and tastes great.

I've been using this for about 3 weeks but I guess I don't really feel a whole lot of an impact. Yes it gives you energy but after I was done working out and the caffinee wore off I got a headache. Didn't feel any huge pumps or anything besides lots of NRG

I used to work out all through out high school without the use of supplements. I stopped working out a month before I left for basic training and started reducing in strenght and endurance. Recently here on my deployment some friends got me to try this stuff.
Works great for a pre workout boost, and a muscle pump. Truthfully though, you don't really get bigger after the first workout. The pump makes your muscles fill with blood causing you to swell up as you work. This provides nutrients and oxygen to your muscles lessening fatique, and increasing energy. Stacked with HMB pills, BSN Cell Mass and Protein supplements I was able to gain 10 llbs in 3 weeks.
Its not a mirracle drug that makes you just increase overnight. You have to put in the effort to allow this to work. Creatine is a natturally occuring chemical, and this is just a higher (non water retentative) dose of it. You'll increase size, firmness, and endurance with proper exercise and the use of this product. Definately worth the money.

This stuff will give you a good wake-up before a workout. Its mostly a caffeine kind of energy that makes you alert. If you haven't been eating energy rich food or have been taking in junk then you won't have "workout" energy backing the alert energy. You will feel awake but weak when you're lifting. My first bottle was orange which I thought was pretty tasty, kind of like an orange sweet tart. The fruit punch is awful and really bubbles up causing uncomfortable burping which can last for hours. Made me feel like throwing up but never had a problem with the orange flavor. If you're going to take this in the evening drink lots of water to flush out the caffeine or you could have trouble sleeping or become overheated from dehydration.
