I love using this product before working out and you really see results in a couple of weeks. I first tried the grape flavor and I really hated taking it, but I eventually got used to it. Fruit punch on the other hand tasted so much better I thought I was taking the wrong supplement. I recommend it much more than Grape if it's any consolation.

I wish I could say this product has worked or had any effect, but for me I really don't notice much difference in how I feel, any pump,etc...I have been following the directions. I'm pretty sure I ordered fruit punch, instead I got grape, which is not very tasty. The positive here is that it mixes real well.

A scoop of this on an empty stomach, or two scoops on a full stomach gives me an explosive workout pump! Read through the ingredients and you'll find that most of the ingredients match up with what you'll find in many of the more potent energy drinks (like Redline) you can find at your local convenience store. Ounce per fluid ounce, going this route is probably cheaper than shelling out the bucks for energy drinks at the store. I noticed an immediate improvement in gains in strength and size when I started using this (your mileage may vary). If you've hit a plateau in your weightlifting/bodybuilding gains I suggest giving this a try. Positives aside though, I'm sure using this stuff every day is rough on your liver and/or kidneys (as suggested in other reviews) so I try to limit using it to only a couple of times a week.

I have been using this product for a month now and since the first time I used it, it worked wonders. I have tried many different brands and different types of creatine out there. Liquid to pills and nothing remotely close to what this product has accomplished. I immediately was lifting more weight and have increased massle mass in a short period of time. Rule of thumb is you have to use a product for 2 months which I have done in the past and no luck. I was going to wait another month for my review but there is no need to since it is apparent that this product works for me. I iterate that it works for me because pills or liquid creatine products may work better for others. If everything else has failed or if you do not feel like wasting your time on other products to increase weight and performance just try "BSN NO-XPLODE CEM3, Nitric Oxide Creatine".
