Works as advertised--since I work out at 0-Dark-30, I can use all the help I can get. Really helps with motivation and focus in the gym. One caution is to start with the minimum amount and increase slowly until you find the level that gives you optimum results...more is not better.

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks and I am not real sure what the benfit of it is. All I got from this product was a headache and an upset stomach. I tried to do the varying level of scoops but the more scoops I used the worse I felt. I can only assume that I am reacting poorly to the caffeine in it.
