Thermoskin product for plantar fasciitis June 13, 2007 G. T. Severynse (NY) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a good product. It greatly relieved my problem in about a week of wearing it at night. The only problem I encountered is that it pinches my big toe such that it hurts in the morning. The pain subsides after an hour or so.

I was looking for anything reasonable to help with plantar faciaitis. This sock stays on but I rip it off after about two hours, it irritates my toes like a burn on the skin. It would work better if the toes were pulled from underneath and not from the tips. Thermoskin Plantar FXT for Plantar Fasciitis, Beige * Bonus Free Shipping and Free Biofreeze Samples!
F'get it! September 8, 2007 Darthvagrant (Planet Earth) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
(FINAL)LONG TERM CRITIQUE: Ultimately gave up on this torture device. It is now in the local land-fill. Suitable only for additional pain from cramped toes in addition to Plantar Fasciitis pain. Couldn't make it work afterall. Upward force on foot from ankle strap too low on leg, results on little or no force on foot, cramped, painful toes! ! . Perhaps something like "Swede-O Plantar Fasciitis Adjustable Night Splint" so your toes can survive. The design of this appliance is very narrow on the "toe" end. Toes are smashed together creating discomfort that soon exceeds the Plantar faciitis pain. . I created a plastic angled insert to prevent the bunching up of the toes. It THEN became of use with toe pain somewhat delayed. Sleep all night when worn? It ain't gunna' happen, Hoss! Your toes will begin to throb. . Mine is now useable,(or so I briefly thought) and seems to be having a beneficial effect.(also a brief misconception)
severe Plantar Fasciitis September 20, 2007 S. Spanovic (USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have very severe Plantar Fasciitis. After wearing this sock for longer than 3 weeks, I can say this was awfully unconformable experience for me, including waste of money. My feet were burning from the heat. It was itchy and irritating. I was waking up in the morning, with the pain in my toes, not to mention I couldn't sleep without waking up few times in the middle of the night.

This item seemed to run a little large. I think it is about the best product available for what it does, but it was annoying to wear. It might have been better if it would have fit smaller. I wear a size 8 shoe and orderd the womens shoe size 7-8 and the smaller would have been a better fit.
