Cheap and effective December 11, 2005 Not my real name (San Francisco, CA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Works perfectly to connect my G4 iPod to my stereo receiver. After reading reviews (good and bad) of other products (Apple, Monster) I decided to try the cheapest method, and I'm glad that I did. It may be a little loose in the iPod outlet, but I think this is a flaw in the iPod, not this cable. I have a couple of other cables and they are loose in the iPod, but not in other devices. Here's the best work around: 1 start the iPod 2 insert cable into iPod 3 turn on stereo
Cheap, Works Great, What Else Do You Need December 28, 2005 D. Silver 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
This product accomplishes what it is made for. It takes a headphone output and connects it to an audio input. I use it with my fourth generation iPod and my sony stereo system and it works great. I have wirelessly streamed to my stereo and used a casette adaptor. Both methods had distortion and hissing sounds. This cheap connector cable works perfectly and I see no need for the expensive cables of Monster and others I have seen elsewhere.

Used this to connect my iPod to my HiFi. Works perfectly. The cord and connectors feel surprisingly sturdy for such a simple product.
