Bought three of these for 2 computers and one entertainment center. My electric bill went from 650 kilowatts to 291 in one month.
 mine was defective-replaced by company January 2, 2007

Update-the one I had was defective and was replaced by the company. Unit works great and I highly recommend. Unable to updates stars but would give both the unit and the company 5 stars.
Maybe the one I got is defective, but even after adjusting control, the power strip is not working. Not turning off any equipment.

It took a little fine tuning, I guess to accommodate the age of my devices.
This one is on my entertainment electronics. I'll be getting another one for my computer.
I had originally planned to use a Kill-A-Watt, but just went straight to the smart strip.

Nice idea bought three and two are great. The third one however I have too change the sensitivity setting almost weekly or it will not function like it's suppose to.

This was easy to use an allowed me to have several computer peripherals turn off automatically with the computer. I plugged it right into my UPS with no problems.
