5 out of 5 stars Best loppers ever   July 28, 2007

I wore out my old loppers, and bought these thinking they were priced a bit high. But they are worth every penny! The extensions allow me to reach further than I ever could, and the racheting action makes it easy to use. I'm a 67 year old woman, so it needs to be easy.

4 out of 5 stars BRANCH TRIMMING W/ EASE   August 21, 2007

This yard tool is a must, especially if you're not highly arm-muscled. Though the ratchet part had it's positioning problems, it wasn't too difficult to deal with, and still these are the easiest loppers I've used.

these were high quality loppers ata very competitive price. They made short work of shrubs and branches up to 1 1/2 in.

4 out of 5 stars So far I'm Satisfied!   January 17, 2007

I used these one time since December to prune tree branches that were hanging over my sisters roof and the extending handles helped to prune further back. Cutting up to 1 1/2" branch is a breeze and with the racheting action made cutting effortless. Spring time will I'll be using these more aggressively and feel like they should hold up to my abuse.

I am hoping they work better after they are broken in because now they do not properly ratchet at every opening stroke.
