We were having a big problem w/ field mice about 4 yrs ago. We bought traps, poisons, steel wool, etc over and over again. Finally I decided to see what info I could find on-line. I ran accross this product and thought what the hey! I ordered it and it came in a very timely manner. I spread it around the house and under the family room crawspace. Within about a week we didn't see any signs of the mice. Well, that was 4 yrs ago and the mice are still gone! I sprinkle the Shake-Away around about every 6-8 weeks. I have spoken to my neighbor and he has been fighting the mice - I told him to buy this product!!!

I purchased two containers of this product to try to get rid of the mice and moles that were ruining my yard. Because we have pets and kids, I was reluctant to use dangerous chemicals. Also, in the past, I have used posions only to smell rotting rodents in my garage several days later.
After sprinkling this product around where the mole & mouse activity was, they stopped coming around. It worked well! On the downside, the product does is moist and clumpy and doesn't easily shake out and it must be reapplied often. If I didn't reapply every 3-4 weeks, the rodents would come back. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who has children or pets or is concerned about what poisons can do to the environment.

I am sorry to say that the rat that is visiting my house and garage was not afraid of this product. After sprinkling it in all its favorite spots, he or she simply walked right through it. No one was more disappointed than I that this product did not detour this critter.

I bought the 20 oz Shake Away Small Critter Repellent directly from the manufacturer. It came quickly and to my pleasant surprise, worked as advertised.
I have a small front yard that was alive with moles. The entire area was full of tunnels and each morning there were more.I tried the electronic things with no effect.
I was very skeptical about Shake Away but had no other viable alternative. I followed directions and sprinkled lightly around the perimeter. Since I was going away in 10 days and would not be home for a week, I applied it three times the first week.
When I returned from my trip, there were no moles. I just applied it again, as part of the twice a month maintenance.
I don't understand why it works for some and not for others, but it did work for me.
