Handier than my small SA knife. November 29, 2002 7 out of 11 found this review helpful
LOVE Swiss Army. I find the card very, very convenient to use-- ...As for complaints about breakage, any tool you don't take care of will break. Tucked in my wallet, mine has held up well.If the cards were made in pink, I'd buy a handfull for my women friends for Christmas.
The perfect wallet tool box March 7, 2004 7 out of 9 found this review helpful
This card fits perfectly into my wallet and contains all sorts of goodies that come in handy all the time. Just when you think you don't have the tool to do a job, you'll remember you've got this card in your wallter, whip it out, do the job and impress your friends at the same time. A great addition to any do-it-yourselfers wallet. Just make sure you take it out of your wallet before you go through airport security!
Love my Swiss Card! February 26, 2002 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I use this every day, and keep it in my pocket, except when traveling. It has kept in perfect condition for over a year. The scissors are perfect for needlework, as are the 2 mini-rulers. The tweezers can even be used for lacemaking, even though they are flat-headed. The knife is *very* sharp and stays that way.The plastic door for the scissors is set in a groove, and would be difficult to break off, and the pen is too small to wield properly, but works in a pinch.
Get a Leatherman Micra instead October 18, 2005 Ross A. Brunetti (Santa Maria, CA USA) 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
The Swiss Card is only useful if you need something to fit in a wallet. For a few dollars more, the Leatherman Micra has a much superior scissors, a better nail file, more screwdriver options, an easier-to-handle knife, and a bottle opener. The Leatherman Squirt is even better, and not that much more.
Best money I ever spent on myself November 20, 2004 Shannon (USA) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought this very card in Swizerland over three years ago and I still carry it in my purse today. I would sooner leave the house without my wallet than forget this handy lady's toolkit. I have no idea how many Euros I plopped down for this neat little card, but it was a steal! Reading the others' reviews, they claim durability is a problem. Trust me, if this thing can survive three years in the bottom of my bag without cracking or chipping or breaking entirely, it's passed some pretty strict tests. BUY IT!
