abillities June 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This game rocks! Lego Star Wars could not compare and I like that game too! One cool thing about Willie, her scream can break glass! Wow! Special places are for special abillities. Indy can graple, and pull with his whip on golden brigde stubs. Girls can jump really high on flower platforms. Shorts can travel through shoots. Sometimes, you pick up items to have other abillities. Spears, hats, spitballs, wrenches, shovels, swords. Sometimes monkeys have those things, pick up a banana, and throw it to them. So everyone can get across, there are legdes, brigdes, ropes, anything but sometimes you have to find other ways. I'm off. C U L8r!!
Great family fun July 14, 2008 Jacob Graham (Norwood, MA United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great family game, which is nice, since there are few choices for yougsters. My wife and I have play this with our son, who is 6. He also plays it by himself. The game is pretty easy to play and has all the great John Williams music. It's nice that the game can be played in story mode and played again in free mode to solve other challenges.
Just as fun as Lego Star Wars June 9, 2008 T. Berne (Miami Beach, Fl United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had a ball playing this game, but yes, it is a lil too short. Or maybe I just played the Lego Star Wars so much that it is so easy. Great game, great fun, and it is for the whole family!
Awesome Game!!! June 12, 2008 A. Gimenez (League City, TX. USA) After having played the Star Wars version since last year, I must say this Indy version is a little bit more challenging. It brings out a few more twists to completing each level that will leave you thinking for a while, but its that the point? I think its a great "next level up" from the Star Wars version. The little movie animations between levels are just as humorous and even have some unexpected twists. The game follows the story board fairly well and even extends beyond what the original movie left off in-between scenes. The home base is little odd to get use to at first, especially having to go outside to get into one of the rooms. Using the map to decide which episode to play is also strange at first, but nothing that anyone cant figure out after playing with it for a little bit. Overall I think this is well developed and fun for everyone. Its fairly clean and just interesting to spend hours on. A good reference source for those hard to understand puzzles would be to get the game guide; which seems very thorough also. To everyone who gave this bad reviews, I say "boo to you" for not giving this a chance and giving a review based on only a few hours of game play. Games are suppose to be a little challenging, if not why play them right?
