Ohhhhh Wow! Talk about a blast from the past! This sits next to the TV remote when I watch the news... I'll believe the ball long before I'll I believe CNN or the others.

My favorite magic 8 ball story. January 18, 2001 D. A. Hosek (Los Angeles, CA USA) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
A bunch of us went to a toy shop in Santa Monica & between marvelling at $100 barbies and $10,000 star wars statues, I picked up the magic 8 ball to check everyone's futures. I asked, "will I be a bitter lonely old man?" "No," it responded. "Will I die young?" I then asked. "Seems likely," it responded.

I loved this toy as a kid back in the 60's and my daughter loves it just as fondly in the new millenium.Great toys never go out of style.Ask questions and find out what's on the mind of someone close to you.Use it as a mediator when you can't all decide what to eat for dinner.Just don't shake it before you ask it!
Magic 8 Ball Cool October 1, 2004 3 out of 8 found this review helpful
This magic 8 ball is pretty cool. Although, it really does not predict anything. It just randomly throughs out an answer, but I still find it pretty fun.
