 Fun for toddlers that does not lose its fascination June 18, 2008

My daughter suggested we get this for her 3-year-old, and I hesitated because it has many pieces, and who wants a pick-up problem? However, due to the magnets the pieces are easily collected, and the boy finds different ways to assemble them to make houses, garages, towers and airports that are really pretty because of the translucent colors. the pieces seem durable and well-made.
Great toy, but kids lost interest June 30, 2008

I gambled and spent over $100 for a toy (against my better judgement), hoping that this would be the first toy ever that my kids did not get bored with rather quickly. Unfortunately, the streak continues. This is a great toy and my kids loved it for the first couple of weeks. However, in the month since, I have only seen them play with them once or twice. It drives me nuts, too, because it is a great toy. Just for info, my kids are both girls and they are 3 and 6.

I am a preschool teacher. This is the best toy I've ever seen. Day after day, 3-5 year olds, girls and boys, enjoy this toy.

My 8 year old and twin 6 year olds love the tiles! They spend hours using their imagination to create structures ranging from rocket ships to hats to buildings for their stuffed animals. My only problem is that I need more than one set!

Fantastic! The MagnaTiles product is wonderful and the shipping was fast! Our 5 year-old girl/boy twins absolutely love their new MagnaTiles...they received these recently for their 5th birthday along with another set of 100 pieces from an aunt.
